Move In / Move Out
Comprehensive cleaning to prepare properties before or after moving.
Read moreWhether you are a tenant hoping to see your full deposit returned or a landlord preparing to re-let, an end of tenancy clean has to stand up to inspection. We clean to the standard an inventory check expects, not the standard a normal weekly tidy leaves behind.
Deposit disputes are usually about cleaning, and they usually come down to the same handful of places: the oven, behind and under appliances, inside kitchen units, limescale in the bathroom, and skirting boards and window frames. Those are exactly the areas a checkout inspection photographs.
We work through the property room by room so nothing is missed, and we treat the property as empty — inside cupboards and drawers, behind doors, on top of units. The result is a property that can be handed straight to the next tenant.
Every job is scoped with you first, so if something you need isn't listed here just ask — this is the standard specification, not a limit.
That is what we aim for. We clean to inventory-check standard and we would far rather put something right than leave a client with a deposit dispute, so if your agent flags something we have missed, tell us and we will come back and look at it.
Ideally yes. An empty property gets a noticeably better result because we can reach inside and behind everything, and there is nothing left to move back in afterwards. If furniture has to stay, let us know when you book so we can plan around it.
Carpets are vacuumed thoroughly as standard. If the tenancy agreement requires professional carpet cleaning, mention it when you enquire and we will include it in the quote.
