Move In & Move Out Cleaning

Moving is busy enough. We clean the property you are leaving, the one you are moving into, or both — so you arrive somewhere genuinely clean and leave behind somewhere you are happy to hand over.

Serving Wrexham and surrounding areas

A move-out clean and a move-in clean are not quite the same job. Moving out is about leaving the property to the standard the agreement expects. Moving in is about the places you would rather not inherit from someone else — inside kitchen units, the oven, the bathroom, the floors.

Both are much easier with the property empty, which is usually possible on moving day in one direction or the other. We work to whichever end of the move needs it most.

What's included

  • Full clean of an empty property throughout
  • Kitchen units cleaned inside and out
  • Oven, hob and extractor degreased
  • Bathrooms descaled and sanitised
  • All floors vacuumed and washed
  • Internal windows, sills, frames and runners
  • Doors, frames, skirting boards and switch plates
  • Cupboards, wardrobes and storage cleaned inside

Every job is scoped with you first, so if something you need isn't listed here just ask — this is the standard specification, not a limit.

Common questions

Is a move out clean the same as an end of tenancy clean?

They overlap heavily. An end of tenancy clean is specifically aimed at the standard a letting inventory check expects, which is the strictest version of the job. If you are renting, ask for an end of tenancy clean.

Can you clean on the day of the move?

Often, yes, and it is usually the best time — the property is empty and there is nothing to work around. Moving days move, though, so give us as much notice as you can and tell us if the date shifts.
